Monacolin K (Red yeast rice extract) Fish oil (Omega 3 – EPA and DHA)
​Red yeast rice, produced by the fermentation of the Monascus purpureus mold, has been used for a long time in Chinese traditional medicine.

Monacolin K from red yeast rice contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.		 Fish oil holds high quantities of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids – eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).  

EPA and DHA help to maintain heart health and contribute to normal cardiac function. 

Triple protection of Monacolin K

Monacolin K is a substance very sensitive to oxygen presence. Due to this, it´s necessary to protect it against oxygenation and possible damage:
  1. Outer capsule is made of material that prevents oxygen from entering the closed capsule (and also protects fish oil)
  2. Fish oil inside the capsule is another barrier preventing Monacolin K pellets from oxygen
  3. Micropellets are covered with special coat preventing from oxygen entering the core of Monacolin K

  • Want to protect and support health of their heart and veins
  • Know their lifestyle is not always 100% healthy and they can not deny fried food, smoking or drinking alcohol
  • Know they have low intake of fish (lack of unsaturated fatty acids) or rich in fibre food

Composition

Daily dose contains:  Weight./ 1 tbl. % DRI*
Fish oil
contains: Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (18% EPA, 12% DHA)		 357,0 mg -
Monacolin K 5,0 mg -
Ingredients: fish oil, anti-caking agent: cellulose; monacolin K, stabilizers: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrolidon.
Dosage: 1-2 capsules a day. Best during or after meal, rinse down. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA and 10 mg of monacolin K from fermented red yeast rice preparations. For maximum benefits take regularly every day.
Warning: Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not use in case that you are treated with hypolipidemic agents for lowering of your blood cholesterol level or if you suffer from kidneys, liver or muscle diseases. Keep out of reach of children! Store in a dark and dry place, at temperature below 25°C.
